5 Weeks For Freedom Blog Tour

start> is a non-profit organization igniting a movement of compassion. “Whatever the reason, when we’re faced with the reality of committing ourselves to being the hands and feet of Christ to a hurting world, we get stopped at the most critical point on the journey… the beginning!

In six dynamic sessions, the start> Becoming A Good Samaritan DVD curriculum explores the critical needs facing our world and helps Christians understand how they can become Good Samaritans, right now, right where they live.

Hosted by John Ortberg, this curriculum features an amazing line up of teachers, thinkers and leaders including Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu, Eugene Peterson, Kay Warren, Rob Bell, Jim Cymbala, Gary Haugen, Jim Wallis, Mathew Sleeth, Philip Yancey, Rich Stearns, Shane Claiborne, Star Parker, Joni Eareckson Tada, Chuck Colson, Zach Hunter, Denver Moore, Ron Hall, and many others.”
